Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates (By Location)

We use J&T Express for all deliveries. Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery address and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. You may view the shipping fees during checkout. Note: Rates are subject to change based on courier adjustments. The exact rate will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Time (Estimated)

West Malaysia	2–5 working days
East Malaysia	5–10 working days
Remote/restricted areas	May take longer

These are estimates provided by J&T Express. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Customs clearance (for East Malaysia)
Courier operational issues
Incorrect address provided by customer

4. Free Shipping (Optional – Add If Applicable)

Free shipping is available for orders above RM [e.g., 150] within West Malaysia only.
East Malaysia orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time.
