Refund policy
1. Returns (Not Allowed After 7 Days)
Returns request are only accepted if we are notified within 7 working days after the order has been delivered and received by you.
Requests made after this 7-working-day period will not be eligible for return.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges request are allowed within 7 working days from the date the order is delivered and received by you.
To request an exchange, please contact us via email (customercare@jirezzoclothing.com) with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
3. Refund Status Notification
Once your return or refund request is received, we will provide a refund status (approved or rejected) within 7 working days from the day the request is received.
You will be notified via Email.
4. Refund Process (If Approved)
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 working days after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Conditions for Return/Exchange
