Have you ever wondered—Why faither & doubter?
In today's digital age, most testimonies come in the form of videos or MP4 files. They flood our social media feeds—scrolling past us in seconds, lost among memes, news, and endless distractions. And while videos are powerful, they often get buried in the noise. A person searching for answers might scroll right past without ever pausing to listen.
But here's the truth: when someone is truly desperate—when their faith is hanging by a thread, when they're at the brink of giving up—they don't just scroll. They search.
They type their pain into Google. They look for confirmation. They seek out stories from people who have walked through the same fire. That's where written testimonies become lifelines.
Faith and doubt exist for a reason. They are two sides of the same journey. And for every doubter, there is a testimony waiting to meet them at their point of need.
I know this because I've been there. As the founder of Yezostello, I've often found myself in seasons of struggle—questioning, wrestling, wondering if God was still there. And in those moments, I didn't turn to social media. I turned to search engines. I Googled. I looked for blogs, articles, and written testimonies from people who had faced what I was facing. Their words became anchors for my soul.
That's why I believe in the power of sharing testimonies—not just in video, but in written form. Because words on a page have a way of reaching the quiet places. They don't compete with notifications. They don't get lost in a feed. They sit, waiting, ready to be found by the person who needs them most.
When we share our stories, we plant seeds. We may never know whose life they will touch. A struggling parent caring for a disabled child. A caregiver on the verge of burnout. A young person questioning their faith. A family torn apart by conflict. Someone searching for hope in the middle of their darkest night.
The Holy Spirit works through these stories. He leads the right person to the right word at the right time. Through SEO, through AI recommendations, through a simple Google search—God directs the seeking heart to the testimony that will speak to them.
We may never see the fruit in this lifetime. But that doesn't mean it isn't bearing fruit. Every testimony shared is a seed planted. And seeds, when watered by the Spirit, grow into something far greater than we can imagine.
So why share your testimony?
Because your story is not just yours. It belongs to someone else who needs to hear it. It belongs to the doubter who needs confirmation. It belongs to the broken who needs hope. It belongs to the weary who needs to know—they are not alone.
Romans 1:11-12 – "I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong—that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other's faith."
When we share, we encourage. When we encourage, we strengthen. And when we strengthen each other, the body of Christ grows.
You never know. Your testimony might be the very thing that saves someone from giving up. And that is a harvest worth planting for.
